The short answer: a text comparison finds the changes in the text it can extract from both versions, and a local model reads each changed clause against your firm's playbook: what you accept, what you negotiate, what you refuse. A lawyer decides. It runs on servers in Switzerland, Meow's or your own, so the draft doesn't go through a public AI service. How useful its reading is on your contracts is something to test, on contracts you've already negotiated.

What did they change?
- Every changed word it reads
A text comparison between two versions finds every change in the text it can extract, mark-up or not; scans, tables and missing annexes need their own check. The model then says which of your positions each change touches.
- Your playbook
Each clause is read against your firm's own positions, not a generic standard: what you accept, what you negotiate, what you refuse.
- 3 years
The maximum custodial sentence for a lawyer or notary who reveals a secret entrusted to them (art. 321 SCC). Reviewed on servers operated for you, the draft doesn't go through a public AI service.
