Tender documents: an AI that lists every requirement and checks your bid, on servers in Switzerland
Three hundred pages of tender documents, four annexes, forty answers to bidders' questions, and the deadline is Thursday at noon. Somewhere a certificate is required that nobody on the team has been asked for before. Who reads page 212?
The short answer: a local model reads the tender documents and turns them into a list of every requirement, required document, criterion and deadline, each with its page, then checks your draft bid against that list. The team decides. It runs on servers in Switzerland, Meow's or your own, so your prices and methods don't go through a public AI service. How much it catches is something to test, on tenders you've already answered.

What's missing from the bid?
- Complete and on time
For federal tenders, bids are submitted in writing, complete and on time, as the tender documents specify (Public Procurement Act, art. 34).
- Excluded
A bid with material formal defects, or that departs materially from binding requirements, can be excluded (art. 44). Cantonal and communal tenders follow cantonal procurement law.
- Every requirement, with its page
The model lists each requirement, document and deadline with the page it comes from, so the team checks the bid against it.
